RedLaser: Who doesn't love an app that will save them money? RedLaser is it. This popular money-saver app works as a barcode scanner.  All you have to do is scan the product you want with your mobile device, and RedLaser gives you a list of the cheapest prices for the product on the Internet and from retailers closest to you. If the product you want can't be scanned, no worries. You can enter the product barcode manually as well.
